Art Twister Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a 24-hour grace period after purchase. If you cancel your order within this time frame, you are eligible for a full refund.

**Exceptions may be granted only if:**

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm its arrival and inform you whether your refund request was approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

Returns and Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@arttwister.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
